I joined Rockhurst in Fall 2000 as a Visiting Associate Professor in Economics. I had earlier taught at Loyola College in Madras, India and worked with a non-profit organization in India. I have also supervised research studies in the area of Microfinancing. I am a recipient of the Outstanding Instructor Award for the 2001- 2002 academic year. My current research interest is in the field of Microfinancing and studies on emerging market transition in developing countries.
